When I ran STK with --track-debug, I saw driveline in this track is too high above the ground. So, to race here, you must fly in checkline (by pressing I, come to https://supertuxkart.net/Artist_Debug_Mode to read more), then fall (K), race before checkline. Then, if you'll fly in checkline again, lap will be counted. This is sole way to complete all BeBeLiOus' tracks, except Lost Speedway.

Find folder with the-ring-of-sand, open quads.xml and find "04.000" and replace it to "2". It's legal way to play this track.
